Fried Mush: Slice approximately 1/4" thick for pan frying, slightly thicker for deep frying. Pan fry at medium temperature in butter or margarine or deep fry in shortening or salad oil at 350 to 400 degrees until golden brown. Serve with syrup, honey, or gravy.
Hot Breakfast Cereal: Heat in a double boiler adding milk for thinner consistensy. Serve with milk and sugar.
Broiled Polenta: Slice 1/2" thick and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese, dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika and broil for 4 to 5minutes. Serve as is or cover with your favorite Italian sauce.
