Peter was always ahead of his time and enjoyed experimenting with different ways of making cheese and flavoring cheese. Using yogurt cultures instead of cheese cultures makes our Yogurt Cultured Cheese naturally probiotic, giving the benefits of eating yogurt while enjoying the taste of delicious creamy cheese.
