Warm Weather Shipping

During warm months perishable items like cheese, meat, fudge and chocolates become difficult to ship. We provide coolers with ice packs that can keep your perishable items cold for up to 2 days in transit. There may be an upcharge for insulated cartons and gel packs. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

The states below are able to select UPS Ground Shipping & UPS 2nd Day Air through the warm months. Expect the package to arrive 2 days after the order has been shipped, not after the order has been placed.

AL, CT, DE, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VT, VA, WI, WV

The states below are limited to UPS 2nd Dar Air during warm months:

AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY

Please Note:

When there isn’t an issue with the weather being to warm, every state has the option to choose UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air.

Processing Orders

Orders placed after 12pm EST are not going to be processed until the following business day. We only ship orders Monday through Thursday.

Returning Product

If there is an issue with your order please do the following:

Please keep the product, do not throw it away. We might provide you with a shipping label and have you return the product.

Keep the label(s) on the product if possible.

Product Substitutions

If an availability issue arises with any Heini’s product, a member of our sales team will contact you as soon as possible to make all the necessary adjustments.

All of our website promotions on heinis.com are only available for online orders. They are not available for phone orders or wholesale orders.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. All prices are subject to change without notice.
