Our family came from Switzerland to start the Bunker Hill Cheese Co in 1935, and we’ve been making some of the best-handcrafted small-batch Swiss cheese wheels in the European tradition ever since.
From our famous Lacey Baby Swiss to our Smoked Swiss cheese wheels, smoked over hickory for hours, we bring unique flavors to this traditional heritage cheese. For bolder flavor, try our aged Sharp Swiss. For something milder, try our Swissters Alpine Swiss.
